Faty Tea FZ-LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All prices are in AED and include VAT at 5%.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If a tea sells out after you order, we contact you and offer a swap or a full refund — we never substitute without asking.
Availability
The harvest is seasonal and finite. We do not guarantee that any given tea is available year-round, and we do not sell a previous season as the current one.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the frequency you chose until you pause or cancel it. You can pause, skip, swap or cancel at any time before the next charge, from your account, in one click, without speaking to anyone.
