Delivery & returns

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Time and cost

Dubai and Sharjah: next day on any order placed before 2pm. Rest of the UAE: two to three working days.

Delivery is AED 25, and free on every order of AED 200 or more. Subscriptions always ship free.

Returns

You can return any unopened tin or pouch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Just tell us you want to.

If you opened it and did not like it, write to us. Tea is an agricultural product and it moves from season to season — we would rather know than keep your money.

Damage and shortages

If a tin arrives dented or a seal is broken, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and a replacement goes out with the next run at no cost.
